Hey shubham121,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're running into some trouble with downloading apps onto your device after a visit to the Apple Store. I'd be glad to see how I can help out with that.

What you're seeing here are offloaded apps. This means that the apps aren't currently installed on your iPhone but the app data that was used with them is still present. This can sometimes occur if your iPhone is really low on available storage. To check that, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

The error you see when trying to reinstall them leads me to believe that you might be currently signed in with a different Apple ID than the one that originally downloaded those apps. When you get the pop-up from the second screenshot, if you tap on View in App Store, do you get the option to tap the "Get" button? If so, that should download the apps using the currently used Apple ID.

Have a great day!

You have not answered a basic question asked by jeremy_v. Have you changed your Apple ID?

However, do you know what exactly did Apple Store personnel do, because you yourself could have done Reset. So I am not sure what was done.

Did you restore your iPhone from a backup after the "Reset"?

Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie, GarageBand, iTunes U and Clips are pre-installed. When you erase your iPhone completely and set it up again you will have to install all these apps again. What you get is only Built-In apps
