Pair iwatch to iphone 6

I ve updated my apple watch to 6.1.1 using not my phone now i try to pair it to my iphone 6 but i cant cause it is asking to update the ios ! But on iphone 6 the update stops on 12.4.4 !!

how can i pair my watch to the phone ??
