Hi All,
I have bought a new Iphone 8 few months back , never got a chance to plug the Earphones. Recently I tried to plug it in during my workout session, it worked absolutely fine while listening to music but I can't hear nothing when I receive a call via it. So the earphones are good for listening to music but not to answer the calls. God knows how many times I have restarted the phone and done resetting.
Please help .

If you have restarted and reset your phone, sorry to say it might be your earphones that have an issue in them. Could you try another pair of earphones? If another pair works that it might be your earphones but if multiple have an issue then it might be a hardware or software issue.
