TrueDepth camera stop working , so I can’t using Face ID , reboot and reset did not help, there are no error alerts and the front camera is working, it is the depth sensor that stopped working. What I need to do ?

Schedule an appointment at a Genius Bar or the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider. There's no way you could fix it yourself, since reset did not help.
