I lost my Debit card and the iCloud payment is due. I will have a new card within a week and will update the number

If you want to be sure about payment, you can always redeem an iTunes gift card to pay for the iCloud storage. I pay for everything in iTunes, the App Store and iCloud with iTunes gift cards.
