My Apple Watch won’t turn on. The white Apple comes on the screen only.
Series 3 Apple Watch.
I have tried that many times. It won’t get past the white Apple.

Try a forced reset;
To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

Then you need to make an appointment at an apple store and they will give you your options.
