Why MM2 is not working with iOS 13.3 but other BT mouses do?

  1. Does anyone know why MM2 is not working with ipadOS 13.3 anymore?
  2. Why Premium resellers do not even know about it and still ensuring us that it works?
  3. Why I can connect Microsoft BT mouse or even no-name BT mouse except for Apple MM2?

Here is the proof that MM2 was working with early versions of ipadOS 13

Here is the proof that Microsoft Surface Arc mouse works with ipad OS as natural BT device

Summary:

Dear Apple,

after letting in Galaxy Watch LTE into my - before pure Apple eco system - i would like to thank you for driving me to even nicer pointing device than MM2. Until today, I did not know that Microsoft Surface Arc exists. It is so cool and as a bonus - it works on glossy surface which is not the case for any version of Magic Mouse.

My MM1 and recently purchased MM2 will be replaced by tomorrow.

I agree with paragraph one. I wish it would work as well, since I use the Magic Mouse 2 with my MacBook Air. Wish it worked with my iPad Pro 11 as well.

Why a Premium Reseller is not aware, I cannot answer.

Whether it was sarcasm or not, Apple does not scan these forums for content. They are managed for compliance with the Terms of Use, but that is all. As far as feedback, that is not a forum, it is an area Apple uses to gather feedback from users about problems, suggestions, etc. They do not respond to them, but they read and review all of them. I'm glad that you found a device that works for you the way that you wish. Good luck in your computing.

I am and IT guy who switched from Windows to Apple in 2008 for one reason - consumer friendly ecosystem. So I got used to the fact that this ecosystem works together an became an average consumer who expects that if I have a BT mouse from Apple and BT devices are naturally supported or if not than from touch or switches controls at least, than it should work together.

And as I mentioned, staff at two different Premium resellers ensured me that it works!

Dear Apple .... was a sarcasm as i am pretty sure they are scanning forums like this. I do not expect any help from forums like their feedback.

I already called them Today on the same topic and got a reply that it is even mentioned that MMs are not working. And the only help I got was to raise it on Feedback ... man, is that how it should work?

My post is to help folks to find the way of how to equip their iPad with BT mouse.
