Apple Watch Series 4 Telecom network Support

Hi,

I recently purchased Apple Watch series4(GPS+Cellular) in US and travelled to India, the problem facing here is unable to connect India's telecom networks(Airtel Post paid or Jio). Could you suggest me to get out of this problem.
