Why is it that when I pick up my IPhone, it doesn't have a motion sensor? Although everything is configured in the settings

Any issues will come if enable the Reduce Motion option in iPhone? I saw a video on YouTube randomly and they showed below steps to speed up the iPhone in that video Go to Settings Go to Accessibility Go to Motion Enable reduce motion option I felt that my iPhone was performing speed up after enabling this feature with less motion effect. But I want to know If I use my iPhone enabling this feature for the long term, will it affect my iPhone? Please let me know about this. Your support will be highly appreciated. Thank you

It does not turn on automatically, so the sensor does not work
