I cannot download any app. It always ask me to review my iTunes Store
How do I do to download something? I always try but it ask me to review my iTunes Store and then I sign in on it and nothing happens.
You've tried doing it on your computer's iTunes as well as on your iOS device, and have entered payment details on the account ?
