IOS 13.3 Mail App - Share menu not working

I had this problem with a user this morning on iPhone XI when clicking the 3 dots option within the share menu.

I was able to bypass it though by doing the following:

1. Hold down on the attachment until it's own sub menu appears
2. Click the share button
3. From there I was able to click the 3 dots to choose more apps to open my attachment with
4. Click edit
5. Find the app you want to open this attachment with and click the + button to add to your favourites
6. Now when you click on this type of attachment in the future and click the share menu, your app should appear in the first menu and you won't have to click the 3 dots

i am facing the exact problem. i tried to uninstall and re install "mail" app but issue remains the same. i did a factory reset of mu iphone but still the same. I need to open the attachment using Excel but the app crashes the moment i tap on the 03 dots.

Tried this just now. Am able to click on three dots without app crashing but the screen does not have "excel" as any option. I have office 365 installed on my iphone Xs Max

Yes, in my case is when I tap on the 3 dots, the app crashes.

Yes the same occurring with me. Share sheet crashes the Mail app when trying to print a .Doc or .Docx attachment.

iPad Restart doesn’t fix. It’s a IPad Pro rubbing latest iOS.
