The animation that pops up when you open the airpods case isn’t showing up and i don’t know why. I’ve tried methods listed on support like disconnecting my airpods, forgetting device and reconnecting, restarting my phone, and reset my airpods. What should i do?

I ended up fixing it myself! i checked the end of the earphone and found gunk in the little hole where it charges and cleaned it! it’s working fine now. :)
