Catalina Bugs?

I personally have had no problems with Catalina, but if you check around this forum you will see what issues keep coming up. Things like problems with external monitors, using Apple Mail and a lot of problems with Adobe's programs. And any 32 bit apps you have must either be upgraded when possible or replaced with 64 bit apps. Doing some homework will be time well spent. I guess it largely depends on what apps you have installed and what model Mac you have. You are smart to be concerned. Good luck.
Don't upgrade if your work is depending on it. There seem to be some rather irritating bugs going 'round. My Cinema 4D app crashes all the time to the point hat it is unusable. I also have issues with the touchpad on my new MacBook Pro 16" where it becomes unresponsive regularly. In short: stay with Mojave if you have the choice.
It's not a "bug" but it won't run any 32bit apps.
My thunderbolt monitor causes Catalina to crash. I have it disconnected.
Which Thunderbolt monitor and which Mac?
My late 2013 27" iMac is working perfectly with my 27" Apple
Thunderbolt display.
Have you tried a PRAM reset?
