Hire-vue for my IMac

I am trying to access "Hire-vue" for an online job prescreen interview, and my Imac isnt allowing it. What do I do?

The following from their support site may have something that will help: https://hirevuesupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028139752-Devices-You-Can-Use-to-Take-the-Interview

If nothing there, the first thing I would try would be a different browser. e.g., https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Then their support: https://hirevuesupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

What diagnostics, messages, or errors are displayed when this fails, if any?

What macOS version?

Starting around OS X 10.11 and earlier will have problems making secure connections.

Any ad-blockers, add-on anti-malware, add-on anti-virus, or such?

Might need to disable those, if this site uses those techniques.

But yes, check with the vendor. They best know their requirements.

As that is not an Apple product we really would have no idea. We can try some work arounds however what exactly do you mean when you say " my Imac isnt allowing it..." Remember we cannot look over your shoulder so you need to try to describe what you are experiencing so we can get a better idea. At this point all we know is you have a 27" iMac 5K that is running Mojave 10.14 and that's about it.

One thing to try is another browser such as Google Chrome and see if their app works on that.
