Keychain Access

I use Chrome browser and its password memory. I want to install and use Keychain Access. Will it work with Chrome and will it pick up passwords from websites I open on Chrome?

How do I add password to my keychain? I have some passwords saved on Keychain. How can I now add other passwords to Keychain. When I first visited a site that required a password Keychain asked to save it. For some sites I by passed that option. Now I want to get this sites on Keychain but don't know how to do it.

Keychain Access.app is already up and running on your Mac, as soon as you created the account.
