Apple Video Out System

I currently own a Apple PowerBook 1400cs right now which apparently came with an Apple Video Out System installed by its previous owner too... I currently need some help and assistance with trying to find the User’s Guide for the Apple Video Out System as well as trying to figure out what the exact amount of memory the Custom IC Chip actually contains...: it appears to be a Samsung tattooed Custom IC Chip although its markings seem to indicate that due to a silicon foundry leasing agreement Samsung has been known to have leveraged at various, different, points in time with Texas Instruments that this aforementioned Custom IC Chip in question was produced at one of their facilities instead of Samsung’s facilities too if you will. The Module Density however is still somewhat sketchy at best owing to the fact that it also contains Video Memory and the Video Output Chipset in addition to the memory onboard too if you will.

My careful calculations indicate that it most likely contains any of the three following amounts of memory in Megabytes depending quite largely upon how its part number contained within the White silk-screened Chip Tattoo is interpreted too if you will...: 16 or 24 or 32 of the aforementioned units of memory at most...

The computer manual does not contain many details about the M4509 Macintosh PowerBook 8-bit Color Video-out Upgrade Kit for Macintosh PowerBook 1400 series, but pp. 57-60 (external monitor connection) and pp. 171-181 (expansion slot card installation) could possibly be of some interest.
