Forgot passcode I have reset my Apple ID password and login in my iPhone but still it’s asking the old phone passcode to retrieve my data I forgot it so only I restored it now what’s the solution to get back my data

If you get an option to reset your encrypted data, I have read several posts where people did that, and lost little to no data.
