regarding to payment method

hi, my card was expired and payment was declined. but now i m trying to update card info but it says payment method declined while there is no pending/unpaid payment in purchase history. any help?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Remove your invalid (expired) payment method. Then add a valid one.
