I'll play the devil's advocate and say that there's going to be some kind of restriction/copyright if you use the actor's (what was his name, Kevin ... ?) voice.

Why not side-step all that hoohaa and record someone else ?

Well, I am willing to do the research to find out if this is copyright protected, but I need a starting point. And you are right, there is the possibility of recording someone else saying this, as I doubt the phrase itself is protected, just the actor's voice.

Again, any suggestions?

The phrase itself won't be copy protected, but, as you said, the actors voice will be. Do get information on how much you will have to pay, you need to contact the Screen Actors Guild...www.sag.com.

As for where to get it...dunno. Museum of TV and Radio might be a place to start. They are in Beverly Hills. http://www.mtr.org/

Or Google the saying and see if people have .wav files of it online.
