Hello, I'm a student from Brazil and I want to know If I am eligible to buy in the Education Store Online and pick up. I have my Brazilian Student ID and a verified account on Unidays. I also have a US Debit Card to complete the purchase

Do you have an Education store for your country? Are you trying to pick it up in your country or the US? Here are the US payment policies:

Your card info must match with your address. Since we are all other users here, I do not know how that works with a foreigner trying to buy in the US (if that is what you want to do).If that is the case, best check with Apple. If you are ordering and picking up in your country, there is no problem.
