I need this charge reversed. I can’t afford it. Nor do I want this.

I was charged 91.99 for an app. I am NOT paying for an app. I can’t have this money taken out of our account. My husband hasn’t worked in over 2 years. We can barely afford to eat. This money can’t come out of our account.
