I want different I’d for I cloud and other I’d for Apple ID
Can I use 2 different I’d like one I’d for I cloud that I’d is same for my 2 i phons and can I use a different I’d for apple App Store to download apps

You can theoretically have as many AppleIDs as you wish. Each must use a unique primary email address though.
So yes, you can have one to use with iCloud, and one for the App, iTunes and iBook stores. I would recommend using the iCloud AppleID with FaceTime and messaging as well so you can use the features of iCloud with those services to sync messages and calls across devices.
