Do you mean 2 step verification or 2 factor authentication?
For 2 step verification access https://appleid.apple.com using the recovery key that you downloaded when you set it up.
For 2 factor authentication hopefully you set up an alternate way to receive authentication codes (as prompted in the setup instructions). If you didn’t you will have to use Apple’s account recovery process—> Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
If there was a way to undo 2 factor authorization it would be a worthless feature.
