Someone stole my iPad mini

An AppleCare+ warranty does not cover theft. If you purchased insurance for your iPad, it would be through your home owner’s or renter’s insurance. Or if the iPad was stolen out of your car then it would fall under auto insurance.

do you have homeowner or renter insurance? The Apple warranty is not insurance unfortunately.

Insurance would be something that you would have to get yourself. Apple does not provide insurance.
