Missing space (possibly corrupted disk?) after uninstalling boot camp

Hi, after a particularly hard crash on windows bootcamp, my colleague did something that uninstalled the entire partition, but currently this iMac is left with only about 40gb of storage under disk utilities, split into a few different drives. how do I recombine all the drives and recover the lost space? id like to do a clean bootcamp again.

BSH20088s-iMac:~ bsh20088$ diskutil list

The iMac layout from your output indicates a Fusion drive. The 28Gb disk is the SSD part of the Fusion drive. There is a HDD part of the Fusion drive, which just shows 4Gb, which is incorrect. Either the disk has failed or is failing, or the GPT has been corrupted.

Can you post the output of

diskutil info disk0

diskutil info disk1
