Netflix NZ

We can’t play Netflix on Apple TV - keeps coming back to the sign in page or error 113. Have rang Netflix & from their end it is looking like the problem is the Apple TV box ... I’ve updated the Apple TV box as well ... any suggestions please?

Try deleting the Netflix app and reinstalling first
