My Instagram notifications have not been working for months. All notifications are set to “on” in the app. I do not have the option to turn notifications on in my iPhone settings.

I have done that on the instagram app. They still do not work. I don’t have the option to turn notifications on for instagram in my phone settings as per the above photo, there is not option for “notifications”
