Deleted both Flash Player and Adobe from my iMac; can I safely delete the files below from the main Library

I want to delete the following files and let me know if this is safe to do so:

/library/Application Support/

Adobe

/Library/Internet Plug-ins/

AdobePDFViewer.plugin

AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin

flashplayer.xpt

Yes it is okay to delete these.............Adobe.........AdobePDFViewer.plugin..........AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin........flashplayer.xpt

But not the Library ones..../library/Application Support/......../Library/Internet Plug-ins/.....I think you know that.
