Apple Store Bug, Blogger Blogspot incompatibility with Safari

Two problems:

1) I am unable to log in to the Apple Store because the login form asks for my year of birth but has no place to enter said year of birth - a defective Apple Store login form!

2) Google's Blogger Blogspot blogs have become incompatible with Safari 13.0.4 on my macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 desktop, said incompatibility being a known problem causing Blogspot blog owners to be unable to reply to comments on their own blogs.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION?

The Apple Store has a Blogger App that contains a Blogger authentication fix, only because the Apple Store's login form has no space for year of birth (which should not be required in the first place) that fix is unavailable.

SUGGESTION: The Blogger Authentication error fix should be part of an automatic Safari Software Update.

For the date of birth problem, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

For your suggestion, if you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

For the issue with the App Store, go to the Apple ID website and make sure your birthdate and info are all up to date there. This link has more details on how you can do this:
