I have two iPhones with two different phone numbers (one for work & one personal), they are both using the same Apple ID.
I want to use the same calendar, so everything is in one place.
However, I do not want my employees texts coming thru on my personal phone. How do I fix this? It’s driving me crazy! It doesn’t identify the employee - but I’m starting to memorize their numbers.

This is an issue, that needs to be resolved.
Nothing to resolve. By using the same Apple ID on each device, you are the same person, work or personal, using 2 devices.
You are welcome. A different Apple ID for use only for Messages since you want everything else to sync.
You need to create a different ID for Messages/FaceTime on one of the devices.
