The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

refund

Hello!

For some reason, I have a premium subscription, for a very high price for me. I didn't find any emails about subscription confirmation or informing about the trial period. At what point and how the premium was established I do not know. I only use the main function of the app, which is valid without a subscription. Please consider a refund.

I would be very grateful.

Firstly you should cancel the subscription: please see View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Strictly speaking all purchases are final (after all, you can't very well return them): please see this page for information on requesting a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


However Apple have been known to be sympathetic in cases of actual error, so it's possible that they may allow you a refund as a one-off concession: but please be aware that they are under no obligation to do so: go to  https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6
