Adding Ringtones to iPhone 6s

I downloaded a ringtone on my iPhone 6s. I couldn't find it on my phone. I found it on my MacBook Pro in the iCloud Drive. How do I set it as a ringtone on my phone, and where is iCloud Drive on my phone?

I do have iCloud Drive set up, and I found the ringtone that I downloaded and placed it in a folder. I do know how to add ringtones, but can't figure out how to add this particular ringtone. What are the steps to get my iPhone to recognize it?
