Do Not Disturb while driving function

I like this function, but have a concern......How can I get rid of the second "urgent" message sent by the iOS system, while using the Do Not Disturb while driving function? I just want to send back my own message.

Do Not Disturb Someone informed me that when Do Not Disturb is turned on it is displayed in my messages. Is there way to turn that off in the sense that if and when someone tries to text me they aren't informed that my Do Not Disturb is currently turned on?

Do Not Disturb While Driving Texts Is there a way to make Do Not Distrurb While Driving send only ONE text message back to the sender. It sends the one you can change in settings and then one that says I'm not receiving notifications but they can type "urgent." I would rather the second text (urgent) not be sent. Can that just be an option in the settings?

You cannot get rid of the second message. You can modify the driving message though by going to settings>do not disturb>auto reply - tap on it and then change it.
