Calling problem

First thing I would try is turn the phone off then on again. What actually happens when you go to Phone, enter the number and then press the dial button?

Other things to check:

Is SMS working?

Phone is not on aeroplane mode?

Is your mobile number displayed correctly in Settings > Phone

Go to Settings > Mobile and make sure the Network Selection is the correct carrier. I.e. Optus, Vodafone, Telstra.

Failing all that it could be an issue with you provider so give them a call.

I see what you mean. The + to add a call and FaceTime should also be active when they are not in that picture.

What does your FaceTime settings say?

Very interested to see what it says when you go to Settings > Mobile ??

It all looks correct to me. I would be calling TURKCELL to make sure the issue is not at their side.
