Spinning wheel on startup
It seems I am dealing with delays more and more with a spinning wheel.....

Reinstall El Capitan or Later Without Erasing Drive
Please be sure you back up, if possible.
If the above doesn't solve the problem, then do the following:
Install El Capitan or Later from Scratch
If possible, back up your files.
