How do I go back to the other version of the Facebook messenger app on my iPhone 6s??

Ugh. What a horrible service.
Since I'm not using it, I can't be 100% sure that what I found is legit, but worth a try, I guess.

Another way to get help with Facebook issues is to connect with other users in the Facebook Community Forum. Maybe they have the same question or even a solution for you.
I'm not sure what the problem is.
Maybe Facebook did change something on their servers and this is why the app charges the way it looks.
I do not use Facebook so I can't tell, how does mine look like.
I recommend to contact Facebook Support team for your issue, because we can't help you with that and Apple doesn't develop the messenger app.
Ok, I did that and when I opened it I had my OLD version back. Then I closed it, and when I reopened it, I had the NEW version back again.
I have screenshots, but I’m sorry I don’t if I can attach them here or not, and if so, I don’t know how. This is really my first time posting in here.
Thank you so much for taking the time to try to help. The main reason I came here is because I tried looking through Facebook messenger help section, and no matter how I worded my search question, I could only get answers about android phones, or pc, or Mac, but nothing about iPhone. At the bottom of there help page, it says help for other platforms. I tap that and a pop up menu comes up. When I tap on messenger for iPhone, it takes me back to the same page I was already on. So I thought maybe here would be able to tell me how to get older versions of apps in general.
Any way, thank you again for trying to help. I’ll see what I can do to find out how to contact Facebook messenger support.
