If you can't reset your password, you may be able to get account recovery.

Have you gone to your email provider's web site to reset the password for the email account so you can receive emails? Once you have done that and can access the email account, see if you can recover your Apple ID password.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
