How can I retrieve all my deleted photos if they were deleted in the “Recently Deleted” section

Sorry, but you deleted it from the album "recently deleted", the photos are gone.

In case you backed up the phone via iTunes recently, you might be able to get some data back, but only up to the point in time when the backup has been made.
