Bug type 115 on iPhone X

I have a bug type 115 Reset on OS 13.3 in iPhone X. Is that a hardware problem?

Hello, petarCapry91!

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! I understand you are having an issue with your iPhone X.

It sounds like you discovered the information you provided about the error code from the iPhone analytics, which is discussed in this article: Share analytics, diagnostics, and usage information with Apple. If this is correct, that's information which is collected anonymously to help improve Apple products and services.

To be able to provide you with the best support, message back with the following information:

  • What happened with your iPhone which caused you to look for analytics data?
  • Do you recall what you were doing before it occurred? Be sure to include any apps you may have been using?
  • Have you tried restarting your phone? Here is how you can do that: Restart your iPhone.

Cheers!

Hi

This is a new iPhone. I bought it on 13 January 2020 and I have installed my profile from my old iPhone 6s. Until now there are every day from 9 to 20 resets without any reason. I already reset it two times to it’s fabric settings but it didn’t helped. I have already contact Apple several times and they answered that this telephone is advertisement model and it should not be sale to any one. In one way or another it has been sold to me and now I am a victim of fraud. Could you tell us this a hardware problem or it’s a software one?
