i restored my iphone 7 data in my new i phone 11. but i lose new iphone existing data. i cloud was full. Now i have only previous iphone photos & videos only. I cannot back up from i cloud. It had no all my photos & videos. i hope your assistance please.

Restoring a backup to an iOS device completely replaces all data on the device. You can not merge the contents of a backup with the existing data.
iCloud backup doesn’t include information already stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice Memos, shared photos, iCloud Photos*, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive.
*-If you had turned on iCloud Photos, your content is automatically stored in iCloud.
Yes. It’s turned on. But it’s already full. There is no space to store more. So i have few data only.
