Where does iTunes store all its data?

Hi,

In what locations in Win7 does iTunes save its data. Aside from music. I recently had to reformat my hard drive but before doing so backed up some files I thought would keep all the data from my phone.

I found files in C:users\"me"\appdata\roaming\apple computer and "me"\appdata\local\apple. I backed up the files in the roaming folder which included \mobilesync.

It didn't work.

Where else is this data kept.

Thanks,
Dean

Those ones are your iTunes preferences files, Dean. (dlls for plugins also live in the set in \roaming\).

The default location for content and library files on a Windows 7 system is in the iTunes folder at C:\Users\<YourUserName>\My Music\iTunes .
