SO my dad found this iPhone 7 in his store and he couldn't find the owner. It was possibly a customer that lost his/her phone. So we can't log in to contact the owner because it has the Activation Lock. Is there any way to get passed this? Because we have no way to contact the owner, no idea who they are.

The owner has the option of posting a message on the phone’s screen that will appear when the phone has a cellular or Wi-Fi connection. If they didn’t then there is no way of contacting them. Turn the phone in to the police, which is where the owner is most likely to check if they don’t remember losing in in your store.
