My wife dropped her iphone 4 and shattered the screen this morning. We went to the Apple store in Greensboro, NC. The "Genius" Jason was very polite and helpful. They swapped it for a new one for $99. That's great customer service! I'm very satisfied with my experience.

I say it often, Apple has the best customer service aside from OnStar.
I've worked retail many years and I was quite impressed. We are new to the iphone. My wife got the Apple store app and she made the appointment right from that, and then they text you to confirm and remind you. Between that and the greeter at the door with her ipad to check us in. Brilliant.
Oh don't get me started on the iPad. Still in love and use it everyday for work and pleasure. It has virtually replaced my MacAir. LOVE IT.
I am on my 4th iPhone because I upgrade every time a new model comes out. Every time I have gone into the Apple store I have always had a pleasant experience. In my opinion, I think they have the best customer service and the employees really seem to like their job. I wish more places of business would be like that. 🙂
Yes, they are great. I dropped my 3G and the inside display broke. The Genius replaced it for free.
