voicemail message says mailbox is full

Check with your carrier. If you are getting a message that the mailbox is full and there is no voicemail appearing on the iPhone, then the carrier may need to reset your voicemail. You can also try calling your voicemail and accessing the mailbox yourself. You can get instructions to do that from your carrier. Generally it involves calling your own number, then pressing a key, many times the # key, then entering your passcode and following the menu prompts. But your carrier can explain that to you, since voicemail is their responsibility.
