I keep getting a phone call about my account being compromised. They ask me to press buttons on the phone or to call 208 26***.
Is this legit?

It is a scam. I went to White Pages and reported it, I went to Do Not Call and reported it. On White Pages it is listed as a scam.
Apple told me that they would NEVER get in touch with users this way.
Ignore them, don't answer them, do whatever you do with other scam and telemarketing calls. I don't have any scam or telemarketing calls ringing on my phone since I turned on Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.See: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
They have called me 3 times in the past 15 minutes. What can’t anything be done?
