App Store— Region/Country downloading

When in the App Store, I tried to download an a app that I’ve had before but deleted, but the name of the app wouldn’t pop up. Then I typed up the app name on safari and tried to download it from there and it said something about the app not being in my country/region . Although my country/ region is what it’s supposed to be.

Some apps are not available in some regions.
