Approve "*"? This iPad wants to use your iCloud account.

These messages (see below) continues to pop up on my Macbook probably 40-50 times per day. It's never just one or the other, it's always the two messages at a time, referring to my iPad and to my iPhone. And it doesn't matter whether I click "Decline" or "Approve." They just continue to reappear. (In the time I have taken to type these few sentences, there are now 6 of these pop ups on my screen.)
