iPhone recovery not working

I tried to restore my iPhone 6s, but the iPhone restarts at about 50% and automatically goes into recovery mode. The recovery fails with the error: "The iPhone" iPhone "could not be restored. An unknown error has occurred (9).". My iPhone also no longer starts normally, but jumps into recovery mode without pressing the buttons. I've tried several lightning cables. To restore it, I tried iTunes and 3utools on multiple computers.

First, reboot your computer and iPhone

Make sure all virtualization apps like Parallels or VMWare are closed as these apps might interrupt the computer’s ability to communicate via USB, especially if they are not configured properly, or outdated.

If there are some security software or anti-virus apps, firewall on your computer that can block access to the Apple servers, try to disable these tools temporarily.
