How do I recover Apple ID password without being able to access trusted number or how can I just remove the Apple ID account off my phone with out the password?

I can no longer access my trusted number at all an can’t remember my Apple ID I have already made a new Apple ID an would like I log this iPhone 6s in with it but can’t do anything cause it’s logged in with my old account
