How can I get my old contacts off my iclous
I am trying to get my contacts off an old iphone and was wondering if i could do it through my icloud?

If you were syncing Contacts to iCloud when you were using the old phone, sign into Settings/Your Name/iCloud using the same Apple ID used on the old phone, and turn Contacts syncing on.
If you weren't syncing Contacts with iCloud, do you have a backup you can restore from? Restoring from a backup erases all data currently on your device. Any data newer than when the backup was made will be erased. A restore is an all or nothing restore. You can't access a backup and only restore certain files.
